Even though time and dedication is required to look after a plant – watering, feeding, giving them enough sunlight. They will however, return the favour and help with you with your health and well-being.
Keep them on your work desk:

PHEW!!!…what a releif:
Orchids are expensive and difficult to look after. But once you get the hang of it, they can help relieve stress and make you feel relaxed. The risk of chronic diseases such a cardiovascular disease is reduced. Keep these near your bedside table and breath at least 8 hours of this at night and take in all the goodies this beautiful flower has to offer.
(What do you mean you don’t get 8 hours of sleep??? Read my post: “Lack of Sleep..?” it may help xxx)
They can even help with ilness and healing. Think about it, they are stress relievers and improve the quality of air and humidity. No wonder they are great gifts, especially to a loved one in hospital!!!
Help each other:
We breathe in oxygen and release carbon dioxide, plants do the opposite, which gives us more oxygen to breath… AWW!!! Thanks guys!!! Place plants everywhere in the house: bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, office, even the toilet.
Remember, plants are our friends!!
