Aesop Parsley Seed Antioxidant Serum

An Aesop store has opened right behind my house and I must say it is not doing my bank account and favours, I have to force myself to walk away and not purchase things when I walk past.

I got myself a serum and have decided to wear it before bed as I already use a serum for the day.  The packaging is beautiful and looks great on the dresser, packaged in a dark brown glass medicine like bottle, with a glass dropper to apply the product and is great in size, 100ml – bigger than most serums on the market.

My only downfall of the packaging would be the size of the bottle neck, its too narrow, so when I try to return the dropper back into the bottle, some of the product spills out on the side, if I am not too careful.

However, the serum feels great on my skin – feels so soft and hydrated.  I was not too fond of the herbal like smell in the beginning but it doesn’t bother me so much no more.  In result of using this for around 8 weeks, there is still loads of product left and my skin is looking brighter and youthful but its not really noticeable, maybe I should wait till the product is finished and wait for the results then.

This is the amount I use to apply on my face, it is a light clear liquid and not greasy/oily on the skin

I will continue to religiously use this every night before bed but at this stage, I don’t think it’s worth repurchasing.

Do you use any Aesop products? What serums do you use?

I actually was very underwhelmed by their products. They are gentle in general but do not seem to do much for my skin. This serum seems to sticky for me too. Very nice post though! Looking forward to seeing more reviews!
